We see what we want to see.
Within our lives we create both heaven and hell.
No situation is good and no situation is bad.
They are the same.
It is our perspective on the situation that creates the good or the bad.

Sometimes I feel I will be lost to the darkness.
Others I feel consumed in light.
Both are needed to respect the other.
When the scale is tipped and the balance is lost,
a battle is created within the self.

The being assumes all situations must be judged.
What if we just observed?
Let go of what is right and wrong, good and bad.
Just watched.

Be present in all things.
Connect through breath.

The garden holds two trees:
The tree of life and the tree of knowledge.
The tree of knowledge leads to questions, thoughts, science and building.
The tree of life leads to being, living, existing.
One cannot exist without the other.
But with the tree of life you accept...
The questions do not matter, you exist.
With the tree of knowledge one seeks answers,
finding only more questions.
Leading into a state that can complex life.

Everyday within ourselves it is only possible to be present.
To question all that happens, to judge all that is... is not necessary.

Why create chaos within life when there is so much beauty.
All things must have a yin and a yang.
Find the balance in all things.
